FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer free consultations for foreigners?

Yes. Send your prescription and basic details on WhatsApp for a free initial assessment. The full diagnostic exam takes place at the clinic in Seoul.

How long should I stay in Seoul for eye surgery?

Most laser and ICL patients stay 5–7 days; LASEK and cataract patients may need 7–10 days for follow-up checks.

Can I have surgery on the same day as my examination?

Often yes for laser vision correction, if your results are suitable and you have stopped contact lenses for the required time.

How long must I stop wearing contact lenses before the exam?

Usually soft lenses for about 1 week and hard/RGP lenses for 2–3 weeks, so corneal measurements are accurate. We will confirm for your lens type.

Do your doctors speak English?

Our ophthalmologists and coordinators provide consultations and written aftercare instructions in English.
